My opinion is take all the food and water you can get your hands on, especially if you have children to feed. These guys that are taking 10 pairs of shoes and cart loads of clothes however should be shot and or arrested and prosecuted.

I don't think food looting is the issue. They said the guns were completely wiped out in a store within minutes and people are also beginning to break into the 2+ million dollar homes.
I think it's a terrible situation. Just seeing thousands of people walking on the freeway, or just sitting there on that concrete in the hot and humid sun breaks my heart.
